| St Peter and St Paul, Charing | Tuesday 29th June |
| Jesus gave Peter his name, which means ‘rock’, and said that on this rock he would build his Church. Peter witnessed to the lordship of Jesus and Paul developed an understanding of its meaning for Jesus’ followers, writing many of the letters in the New Testament. | |
| Holy Trinity, Charing Heath | Monday 7th June |
| The doctrine of the Trinity is the Christian belief that there is One God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Other ways of referring to the Trinity are the Triune God and the Three-in-One. |

| James was a Galilean fisherman who was one of the first apostles called by Jesus to follow him. James was with Jesus at his Transfiguration and in the Garden of Gethsemane. He was put to death because of his faith in the year 44AD. | |

| Margaret of Antioch gave her life during the Diocletian persecutions at the beginning of the fourth century. Her preaching before her death is said to have converted many to the Christian faith. | |
